About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven  Enterprise Growth & Solutions Manager  to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise accounts within the restaurant industry. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, deliver innovative digital solutions, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation :

Drive revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within enterprise restaurant accounts.

Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Account Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through attentive service and regular business reviews.

Solution Consulting :

Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery and seamless implementations.

Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to enterprise clients.

Industry Expertise :

Stay current on restaurant industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements.

Offer consultative insights and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or solution consulting—preferably in digital solutions for the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Strong understanding of enterprise digital products and solutions.

In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, operations, and technology trends.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused, results-oriented, and highly motivated to drive growth.

Experience working with large restaurant groups (e.g., Jollibee) is a strong advantage.

Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams is a plus.
