What you´ll do
Support
in Source to Contract – Onboarding activities including assisting in the
cleanup & update activities, monitoring and managing daily onboarding
requests, and conducting quality checks on onboarding questionnaires and
vendor creation to maintain
accurate records for audits
Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order
confirmations
Identify
process gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Source to
Contract process
Present
project ideas to Source to Pay Leadership Team for efficiency savings and
process enhancement
Participate
in eLearning sessions on project management, innovation, and continuous
improvement
Job
shadowing to enhance technical proficiency and adaptability
Develop
skills in identifying digitalization opportunities and implementing
process improvements
What makes you a good fit
Must
be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college / university
studying Industrial Engineering, Business
Studies / Administration / Management, or Operations Management
Knowledge
in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and
Power BI is highly preferred
Proficient
in both oral and written English communication skills
Experience
in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and
present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
Must
be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter,
and Medical Certificate from the college or university
Amenable
to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue,
Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training
hours
