What You’ll Do :
As General Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that happens in the hotel.
Here’s a taste of what your day might look like :
Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
Oversee daily operations — front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance — the whole works.
Keep an eye on budgets, revenue goals, and expenses (because numbers matter too).
Handle guest feedback with care and turn challenges into opportunities.
Ensure the hotel meets all safety, quality, and brand standards.
Work with marketing and sales to drive bookings and grow brand awareness.
Foster a professional and positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience in hotel or hospitality management (5 years or more).
A natural leader who knows how to motivate and connect with people.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Financial and operational know‑how.
A calm, flexible, “let’s make it happen” attitude — even on busy days!
