Planning activities such as market updates and trends, and review of KPIs and major programs / action plans for the assigned department / s; monitoring of performance of assigned departments vs plans and budgets, and draft unit rating for the assigned department; research on market analysis, business intelligence, market updates, and daily news.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or related field
Proficiency in business applications
Standard and accepted use of the English language; composition writing and presentation skills
Experience in the same function or job is an advantage
Knowledge or experience in non-life insurance is also an advantage

The Strategic Planning Manager develops and executes the company\'s strategic initiatives, conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and collaborates with senior management to formulate plans; monitors implementation and ensures effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities

RESEARCH, DATA GATHERING AND ANALYSIS

Conduct data gathering / validation, research, analyses, studies and projects

Monitor economic and industry developments; perform competitive intelligence and provide actionable insights

Prepare business intelligence reports to identify growth opportunities

STRATEGY FORMULATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Assist in implementing Balanced Scorecard and Strategy map; cascade planning framework

Ensure understanding of planning framework across units

OTHER TASKS

Feasibility studies and financial models

Other tasks as assigned by VP for Strategic Operations

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in economics, finance or engineering

5–7 years in strategic / corporate planning

Financial modeling and reporting knowledge; strong business acumen

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Balance Scorecard is a plus

Salary Range : Php. 70,000 - Php. 90,000
