Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable processes and supporting general accounting functions. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, maintain financial records, and support compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.

Qualifications :

• CPA certification – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with a CPA license are welcome to apply
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance
• Proficient in ERP / accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Salary Range : ₱27,000 Gross Monthly

Work Location : Sucat, Parañaque

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday – 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Saturday – 8 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
