Remote Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of accounting experience (with direct exposure to accounts payable).
• At least 1 year of experience working with a U.S.-based company.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager or similar property management accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience with 3-Way Matching.
• Proven ability to handle high invoice volume (500+ invoices per week).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management.
• Willingness to work U.S. time zones and observe U.S. holidays.
