I. Job Summary

The Category Buyer plays a vital role in supporting the Merchandising team by managing vendor relationships, ensuring competitive and well-assorted product offerings, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role involves buying, forecasting, and assisting Category Managers in executing merchandising strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Description :

• Buying & Forecasting.
• Responsible for preparation, analysis, and monitoring of vendor related matters & purchases.
• Assists Category Managers in executing merchandising plans, maintaining inventory levels, negotiations & merchandising.
• Sourcing of new merchandise and review existing items to ensure products remain competitive.
