About the role Our partner is an innovative tech company on a mission to helping organizations train and upskill their teams effectively and transforming the way people learn at work through their mobile microlearning platform.

What you’ll do : Work closely with Instructional Design and Customer Success teams to develop content strategies that will deliver exceptional results Actively connect with clients to demo the platform and gather customer feedback on specific training materials  Create and review training courses and micro-lessons, while sourcing vital relevant assets and data needed What you’ll bring to the table : At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Design, Customer Support, or teaching Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication Sharp eye for instructional design principles and learning objectives Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, In-Design, or Canva) Background in customer-facing roles involving training or technical support Powered by JazzHR
