The Parking Support Assistant provides management with financial reports generated from daily parking transaction and ensure it reconcile with the remittances of cashiers. Performs accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
KEY FUNCTIONS / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports by gathering and analyzing information generated from the system and ensure on-time submission for Mancom presentation
- Reconcile transaction reports from remittances and daily deposits
- Ensure parking tickets are completely encoded in the system
- Proper safekeeping of pertinent documents for reference and monitoring
- Check daily consolidation of cash collections
2. Parking Operations
Strict coordination with lead cashiers pertaining to remittances and reports of parking cashiers and inform the Operations Supervisor of any incidentsAssist in the daily operation of Parking Supervisor depending on the requirement of the clientEnsure proper implementation of parking rulesProvide resolution to client's concerns and issuesTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS :
