Job Description
Manage and develop relationships with clients to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Identify and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results.
Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level : 0–2 years of experience in account management or a related field.
Skills and Competencies : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualities and Traits : Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsibilities and Duties : Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
