About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter to help drive our startup’s growth by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across various roles. You’ll manage the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers — ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, online communities, and other creative sourcing channels.
Screen and assess applicants for skills, experience, and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews, manage communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, OnlineJobs.ph, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong understanding of different roles and job functions across various departments
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
