About the Role :
Were hiring a Senior Recruiter who can lead full-cycle recruitment while mentoring junior recruiters and helping management improve processes. This role requires someone with proven experience in international hiring, remote work, and recruitment strategy.
Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for international and remote clients.Partner directly with clients to understand and fulfill hiring needs.Guide and mentor Recruitment Specialists.Review sourcing strategies and job postings to improve results.Conduct interviews and ensure candidate alignment.Manage pipelines through ATS and sourcing tools.Oversee onboarding, reference checks, and candidate experience.Collaborate with management on recruitment process improvement.Take initiative on internal projects or system enhancements.Stay updated on AI tools and hiring trends to improve efficiency.Qualifications :
5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).Experience in international hiring (US, AU, UK, or EU markets preferred).Strong communication and client-handling skills.Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters.Organized, analytical, and proactive.Proficient in platforms like Workable, Manatal, and LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.About More Staffing
