General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese)

Key Responsibilities :

Procurement Support -Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.).

Internal Coordination -Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.

Vendor / Contractor Liaison

Connect with vendors / subcontractors to follow up on project status.

Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.

General Administrative Support

Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications :

Bilingual (ChineseEnglish) strong professional fluency required.

3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Business Central and / or Dynamics 365

Technical Requirements :

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed : at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed : at least 10 Mbps
