About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, from managing communications and scheduling to assisting with reports, research, and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handle email management, correspondence, and inbox organization
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records
Operations Support :
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in process documentation and workflow improvement
Support project management tasks and follow up on deliverables
Handle online file organization using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion
Communication & Coordination :
Respond to client or team inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage and update communication channels (e.g., Slack, Skype, WhatsApp)
Assist in preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions
Research & Reporting :
Conduct online research for market, competitor, or product insights
Prepare summaries, data reports, or recommendations based on findings
Other Tasks (as needed) :
Social media assistance (posting, scheduling, or engagement)
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency with productivity tools such as :
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Microsoft Office Suite
Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Requirements
