Job Summary :
The Area Sales Manager (VISMIN) will lead and grow our sales operations across Visayas and Mindanao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships to support the company’s strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand customer base
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representativesConduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvementFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focusClient Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionResolve client issues promptly and professionallyReporting & Forecasting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior managementMonitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with marketing and executive leadership teams to support promotional campaignsCompliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standardsOversee proper documentation and contract management within the sales processQualifications :
