What will you be doing?
To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Ensure all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing Values.
Key Activities
- Source and recruit candidates directly from job boards, databases, internal talent tools, employee referrals, business networks, and social media platforms, among other sources.
- Promote the attainment of hiring objectives, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including the implementation of sourcing strategies, the screening of applicants, the production of a short list of applicants, the scheduling of applicants for additional interview evaluation, and the creation of offer letters to offer completion.
- Establish positive working relationships with candidates and hiring managers to make sure that the selection process complies with company and governmental policies.
- Point of contact for the hiring manager.
- Engage with the hiring community for role-specific briefing as required.
- Full candidate management, from shortlisting to acceptance.
- Support benchmarking and agreement on sourcing strategy.
- Choosing a final shortlist and presenting your selection to the hiring managers.
- Gathering stakeholder inputs to adjust sourcing and screening strategy.
- Closing candidates on agreed offers.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.Strong sourcing background with expertise in LinkedIn search and Boolean strings.Proficient in using various job boards and tools, including SEEK and LinkedIn.An ideal candidate will have a technical recruitment background.Flexible with regional coverage; international recruitment experience preferred.Proficient in Excel for reporting and data management.How will you be rewarded?
