This role is 80% focused on sales development and 20% on executive assistant tasks, giving you a unique opportunity to directly influence business growth while supporting the leadership team’s success. Responsibilities
Conduct sales outreach and manage outbound email campaigns using delegated email access
Manage sales funnels and work through targeted prospect lists
Generate qualified interest and schedule appointments on the executive’s calendar
Handle email management and professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
Provide executive assistant support, including calendar coordination (approx. 20% of the role)
Maintain consistent communication with prospects using the executive’s email system
Coordinate follow-ups and ensure smooth scheduling around sales calls
Scope of Role
Focus : 80% sales outreach, 20% executive assistant tasks
Remote position reporting directly to the client executive
Commission and bonus opportunities tied to performance
Full access to client CRM systems and sales tools
Ongoing support from a dedicated client manager
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (minimal accent)
Proven experience in outbound and inbound sales outreach and lead generation
Strong calendar and email management experience as an executive assistant
Familiarity with sales funnel management and outbound campaign execution
Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours
Professional communication skills with the ability to represent the executive in written correspondence
Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
