Summary

Responsibilities :

Bachelor's and advanced degree and / or specialized training

Over 3 years previous related experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Knowledgeable in labor laws, including DOLE advisories and other related standards

Competent in decision-making

Sound problem solving ability

Good listening skills

Personable and relates well with people with diverse backgrounds

Works well under pressure

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good presentation skills

Outstanding implementation skills

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
