Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and / or outbound calls, emails, or chat support professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers with billing concerns, technical issues, or general inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Document customer interactions accurately and follow company processes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and support supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
Basic English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer navigation skills and ability to multitask.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
Amenable to work onsite (Cebu).
