Onboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as pre-employment medical examination, payroll account opening, background / reference checks, and new hire documentation and preparations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop / Improve and maintain trackers, monitoring templates for pre-employment
- Sustainable and updated pre-employment tracking system
- 100% on-time processing of endorsements
- 100% complete and on-time documentations for 201
- Positive candidate experience at the pre-employment stage
General Admin Support
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including request for payment, document preparation, and filing.Maintain inventory of recruitment materials, and brand collaterals.100% On-time payment processingOrganized document keepingRecruitment Activities
Collaborate with the TA team and provide assistance in sending HR online assessment to the candidates.Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processesAssist in screening resumes, and forwarding qualified candidates to the TA team (as needed or for development purposes).Send generic feedback to candidates as applicableProcess improvementsTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS :
