Position Title : Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruitment Administration)

Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive applicant experience while supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. This position requires precision in managing applicant flow, integrity in handling sensitive information, and adaptability to shifting priorities. By accelerating processes and steering with respect, you help maintain the quality and efficiency of our Talent Acquisition operations.
Key Responsibilities
Applicant Trafficking & Test Administration
- Guide onsite applicants through the online application phase, ensuring clarity and confidence.
- Maintain a smooth applicant flow to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Administer and validate tests / exams for applicants as required, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Backend Support & Sourcing
Provide operational support to TA Specialists / Officers in daily recruitment activities.Source qualified candidates for open requisitions using all activated channels.Conduct callouts, prescreen applicant leads based on set qualifiers, and maintain professionalism throughout.Reports Management
Track daily, weekly, and monthly productivity by maintaining accurate hiring-related reports.Organize and maintain files in compliance with company and external auditor standards, including advertising documentation and applicant records.Onboarding
Conduct post-offer screenings (background checks, regulatory requirements, medical exams).Clear candidates for hire and maintain engagement through their start date.Coordinate with hiring managers, HR, and trainers regarding onboarding schedules.Assist with orientation activities as needed.Others
Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.Prior experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and willing to work on shifting / rotating schedules.Amenable to work full onsite.Why Join Pinnacle Intelligence?
