JOB SUMMARY :

In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, under the supervision of the Dive Shop Manager, the Admin Assistant is responsible for assisting the administration and smooth running of the Dive Shop operation. Primarily responsible for organizing work and follow up / tracing of pending projects / transactions.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Managing and organizing the dive shop's administrative tasks, including maintaining records, scheduling appointments and bookings, responding to inquiries, and handling finances.

• Assisting customers with queries and providing an exceptional level of customer service, especially in relation to making reservations and purchases.
• Updating the dive shop's website and social media platforms to ensure that all information, photos, and promotions are up-to-date and appealing. - Coordinating with dive instructors and arranging courses and classes for customers, including handling class registration, payments, and logistics arrangements.
• Keeping the dive shop clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Managing inventory levels, stock control, and ordering new equipment when necessary.
• Assisting with dive tours and expeditions organized by the dive shop, and ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of customers.
• Supporting the dive shop's sales and marketing initiatives, including creating and distributing promotional materials, and organizing events and competitions. - Providing administrative support to the dive shop's management team, including producing reports, undertaking research, and handling paperwork and regulatory compliance requirements.
