What will you do?

• Functional administration of the SAP Payroll On Premise instances
• Maintain and monitor interfaces between SAP Payroll and Kronos.
• Maintain SAP Payroll On Prem in compliance with the requirements of the national payroll team.
• Manage incidents, problems, and requests, and resolve functional issues within agreed time frames.
• Implement new paycodes, changes to payrules / rates and / or leave accruals as directed by the national payroll team and / or HR business partner
• Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and Awards for the Meat Industry and provide system guidance for implementation of rule changes.
• Support the Payroll systems team and extended HR team by providing systems expertise and solutions.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through innovative technologies and processes.
• Maintain standard procedures and documentation.
• Drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and interpret new legislation.
