We are looking for a proactive and target-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our SaaS sales pipeline. This role focuses on identifying qualified leads, initiating conversations, and scheduling discovery calls for the closing team. You’ll use HubSpot CRM to manage outreach and maintain lead hygiene, while collaborating closely with sales and marketing to align efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects within target industries
- Execute outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads
- Maintain and update lead data, activity, and notes within HubSpot CRM
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and product-fit criteria
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and optimize outreach sequences
- Track outreach performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions)
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales development, ideally within a SaaS companyHands-on experience using HubSpot CRM for outreach and pipeline managementStrong communication and writing skills for cold outreach and discovery conversationsFamiliarity with outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)Organized, self-motivated, and results-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPreferred
