Digital HCM Lead Analyst (Oracle HCM)

We are seeking a Lead Analyst Digital Human Capital Management to play a key role in supporting global operations and ensuring world-class service in our Digital HCM and Talent Solutions team. This role will focus on implementing and supporting the Oracle HCM Talent Management module , resolving production issues, and delivering solutions that help HR teams across different regions operate at their best.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to configure applications based on business requirements and HCM standards
• Support the implementation of the Oracle HCM Talent Management module across global locations
• Conduct testing, functional analysis, and ensure smooth production migrations
• Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
