• Conduct comprehensive legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles to provide well-founded legal advice and support.
• Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other critical correspondence, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Assist in the meticulous preparation of trial and hearing materials, such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and demand letters, contributing to successful litigation outcomes.
• Efficiently manage client files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Represent the company and / or clients in hearings, depositions, or settlement conferences, advocating effectively on their behalf.
• Ensure clients and the company comply with all applicable laws and regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential legal risks.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Passer.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related legal field, ideally in the same capacity.
• Demonstrated strong research, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and a proactive approach to addressing legal challenges.
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal tech environment.
