Schedule : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, With Saturday schedule
Required Experience :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in managing QA-related processes and activities.

Job Description :
Develops, implements, and monitors departmental policies and reports to the Quality Committee.Oversees corrective and preventive actions (CAR / PAR), continuous improvement (CI), and non-conformance (NQR) activities.Handles customer complaints and ensures deployment of approved countermeasures.Facilitates effective internal and external communication within the department and with customers.Leads internal quality audits and reports findings.Oversees external, customer, and supplier audit results.Validates and monitors QA / inspection requirements related to APQP and process changes (e.g., P-FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).Supports enforcement of company rules, regulations, and programs.Initiates and applies statistical control techniques for data analysis.Reviews and approves inspection and calibration plans, including test results across all production stages.Approves identification and use of inspection and measuring equipment.Oversees document control and the quality record system.Ensures effective maintenance and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
