Job Description
We are seeking experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Representatives with a background in medical or aesthetic sales and a proven track record in cold calling to join our client’s growing team through Boomering. This role is critical in setting high-quality appointments and developing strong relationships with Medi Spas, wellness clinics, and similar establishments. As a Senior Sales Representative :
You will take the lead in cold calling targeted leads, identifying key decision-makers in the aesthetics and wellness industry, and converting outreach into qualified appointments. Your ability to confidently handle objections, present medical-grade solutions, and adapt your approach based on client profiles will be vital to your success. This role demands resilience, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Representative would be :
- Initiate and conduct high-volume cold calls to Medi Spas, dermatology clinics, and other aesthetic service providers.
- Qualify leads and secure appointments with decision-makers such as clinic managers, owners, or medical directors.
- Deliver tailored value propositions that resonate with the unique needs of the aesthetics and wellness industry.
- Track outreach, conversations, and appointments through CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs related to dials, connections, appointments set, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to ensure lead quality and strategy alignment.
- Leverage your medical or healthcare sales background to engage prospects with credibility and authority.
Qualifications :
Strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling, preferably in the medical, aesthetic, or wellness sector.Familiarity with Medi Spa operations and common services (e.g., injectables, skincare, cosmetic treatments).Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections.Experience using CRMs, dialers, and other lead generation platforms.Self-motivated and results-focused, with a hunger to meet and exceed performance metrics.Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency and professionalism in outreach.Background in medical sales, pharma, or aesthetic product sales is a strong advantage.Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
