Sales Development Representative (Healthcare Industry)

And were looking for a Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound sales to potential healthcare customers. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent communication to help grow the client's business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status.

Nurture and warm up leads through consistent communication.

Microsoft Office (Teams & Outlook)

RingCentral

HubSpot

Healthcare CRM (optional)

Qualifications :

At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare industry

Experience with Medicaid patients is a plus

Has experience in cold calling and sending out emails to sell to potential customers

CRM Management

Technical Requirements :

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed : at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed : at least 10 Mbps
