Location : 1830 South R, Arcenas Street, Cebu City

Site Assignment : Banawa Site

Interview Schedule : October 22, 24, & 29, 2025 | 10 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Salary Offer : ₱18,500 + ₱2,000 allowance + ₱10,000 completion bonus

Base Pay : ₱10,000

Educational Attainment : High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher

Experience Level : Open for Freshers / Shifters (With or Without BPO Experience)

Join our Logistics Account Team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for shipment coordination, customer inquiries, and delivery support. You’ll handle communications with clients and logistics partners to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities :

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Uphold service excellence and achieve quality performance metrics.
