Required Experience :

• Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing or Communications.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of digital marketing, web design, and social media marketing experience.
• With experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• With experience working in the Automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, web design, and social media marketing, and is eager to bring creative ideas to life. This role involves working closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop engaging content, organize promotional activities, and ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Content Creation :

・Develop visually appealing graphics and content for social media, websites, and applications.

・Update and maintain website and social media platform content, including content writing.

・Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, marketing emails, and presentation collateral.

Event & Campaign Management :

・Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

・Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

・Ensure marketing plans are executed according to project timelines.

Administrative & Ad-Hoc Duties :

・Maintain an organized approach to multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and result-oriented processes.

・Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Collaboration & Communication :

・Provide clear communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

・Actively contribute as a team player and assist with creative problem-solving.
