Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, visually compelling, and emotionally engaging videos. You’ll collaborate with producers, project managers, and creative directors to produce high-impact visual content that tells powerful stories and meets brand objectives.
This role is ideal for an experienced video editor who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can balance artistry with technical expertise. You’ll take ownership of the editing process — from raw footage to final export — ensuring every frame supports the intended narrative.

Video Editing & Storytelling – 40%
Edit raw video footage into cohesive, engaging narratives aligned with project goals.Select the best takes, sequences, and pacing to maintain narrative flow.Shape interviews, b-roll, and visuals into emotionally resonant stories.Post-Production & Visual Enhancement – 30%
Apply color correction, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics .Execute animations, titles, and effects that enhance storytelling.Integrate music, SFX, and VO elements for cinematic polish.File Management & Quality Control – 15%
Manage file organization, version control, and final delivery assets.Maintain structured project files for accessibility and efficiency.Conduct detailed quality checks for both visual and audio precision.Creative Collaboration & Communication – 10%
Work closely with producers and creative leads to align creative direction.Interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable editing plans.Communicate effectively with remote teams and clients on revisions and updates.Continuous Learning & Innovation – 5%
Stay updated on industry trends, editing tools, and motion graphics techniques.Experiment with new formats, effects, and storytelling methods.Requirements
Must-Have (Required) :
5+ years of experience as a Video Editor in a creative, production, or agency environment.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , DaVinci Resolve , OR Final Cut Pro .Strong creative instincts for pacing, emotion, and narrative structure.Proven ability to craft stories from long-form or interview-based footage.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and collaboration across remote creative teams.Reliable hardware setup capable of handling 4K and large-scale projects .Nice-to-Have (Preferred) :
Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Figma, Canva).Familiarity with short-form and digital storytelling for social media or branded content.Prior experience collaborating directly with clients in creative production workflows.Tools Proficiency
