Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA is required. At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure in external auditor public accounting firms. Experience working with PEZA and / or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, or similar ERP platforms). Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Responsibilities :
- Keep the company compliant with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC rules—making sure all reports and filings are done on time.
- Handle VAT, income tax, withholding taxes, and other government requirements.
- Work closely with auditors, consultants, and government offices.
- Review financial reports to ensure they’re accurate and follow PFRS standards.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks—GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month / year-end closings.
- Prepare schedules and documents for audits and inspections.
- Manage PEZA / BOI reporting and make sure incentive requirements are met.
- Keep strong internal controls in place to protect company assets.
- Help with budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Guide and support the accounting team so they can do their best work.
