Job Description
- Develop and own the 3-year technology strategy for retail, medical, supply chain, F&B, and corporate systems.
- Define enterprise architecture standards and ensure system scalability for 150+ retail doors and new business verticals.
- Design and integrate data architecture connecting ERP, POS, HRIS, CRM, and other core platforms into a unified ecosystem.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives, including AI agents for finance, operations, HR, and customer experience.
- Build secure AI layers and deploy automation tools for forecasting, demand planning, and finance processes.
- Oversee core systems management (LS Central, Business Central, Increff, HRIS, CRM, POS) ensuring stability and governance.
- Manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring 24 / 7 uptime and robust network security.
- Collaborate on data governance and BI, ensuring clean, accurate data and alignment with KPIs and decision-making frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation and process automation across finance, supply chain, retail operations, and HR.
- Support expansion and strategic projects, building scalable IT frameworks for new brands, markets, and acquisitions.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years in IT leadership, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy.
- Proven experience with retail systems (LS Central, Business Central, POS), ERP, and forecasting tools.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integration frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools, SQL, APIs, and data engineering concepts.
- Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, automation tools, and digital transformation.
- Excellent project leadership and change management skills.
