Job Description
As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client’s extensive product catalog across multiple platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of their digital presence, ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of UTV parts and accessories, from small components to larger items, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the industry. You’ll collaborate closely with the in-house catalog manager, utilizing cutting-edge inventory management software to maintain seamless operations across all sales channels. Responsibilities
Create and build engaging new product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBayManage and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal performanceConduct regular audits of the product catalog, cleaning out obsolete listings to maintain an efficient and current inventoryWork closely with the in-house catalog manager to ensure consistency and quality across all platformsUtilize advanced inventory management software (Rhythm / Channel Advisor) to maintain accurate stock levels and streamline operationsOptimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and overall sales performanceStay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and platform-specific requirements, adapting strategies as neededContribute creative ideas for improving the company’s online presence and customer experienceRequirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce support or related fieldsProven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasetsExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote settingDemonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new software systems and e-commerce platformsExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay is highly desirableFamiliarity with inventory management software is a plusAbility to work collaboratively with team members across different time zonesSelf-motivated with a passion for e-commerce and a drive to contribute to company growthIndependent Contractor Perks
