Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy Knowledgeable in account reconciliations and preparation of financial statement With at least 5 years of experience in general accounting With at least 1 year of Supervisory experience Experience in the Ship Management industry is an advantage Experience in financial analysis is an advantage Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit Good command of English – oral and written Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Experience in dealing with / working in a multicultural workplace
Salary : 35,000 - 45,000
- Monitor and analyze accounting data while overseeing the preparation of the company’s financial reports and schedules by the team.
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including payable, receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end / year-end book closing.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor and assist in the preparation of monthly vessels’ reports together with all supporting documents and ensure that they are submitted within the deadline.
- Collaborate with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
