Setup and Location : WFH

Work Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM AEST (07 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM PH Time)

Employment Type : Full-time

Join the dynamic team at Staff Domain as a Construction Administrator. You will work on exciting and rewarding projects across Strata, Commercial, and Government sectors. In this full-time position based in Brisbane, Queensland, you will oversee and manage the contractual aspects of our remedial construction projects

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and manage construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and resolving contractual issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all contractual matters.
  • Provide expert advice and support to project managers on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in the remedial construction industry.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, project management principles, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contractual issues.
  • Proficient in contract administration software (Dash Pivot) is an advantage and MS Office applications.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Law is highly desirable.
