Job Description
As the Chief Risk Officer, you will :
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies for the organisation.Monitor and assess potential risks across all business units within the financial services industry.Provide strategic guidance to the board and senior leadership on risk-related matters.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, particularly in Makati and surrounding areas.Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and global risk standards (e.g., Basel III).Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to maintain transparency and compliance.Lead initiatives to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks effectively.The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Risk Officer should have :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) preferred.Minimum 20 years of experience in risk management, with deep expertise in market, liquidity, and credit risk.Proven expertise in risk management within the financial services industry.Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Makati.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to guide the Risk & Compliance department.Strong analytical abilities to identify and address potential risks efficiently.What’s on Offer
