JOB DESCRIPTION :
Handling initial inquiries and coordinating communication between clients and the team.
Assisting account executives in preparing and submitting sales proposals to clients, including gathering information and ensuring accuracy of details.
Provide support to account executives in managing existing client accounts, ensuring timely responses to client requests, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Working closely with the creative and production teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and within budget. This involves coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and resolving any roadblocks.
Shall assist in follow ups (by email, phone calls) the project prerequisites (permits, paperwork, billings).
