Job descriptionLead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Prepare tea drinks and other beverages according to standard recipes and procedures. Support and assist team members in various store operations . Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience. Manage inventory, stock levels, and administrative tasks related to store management. Work collaboratively as part of a fun, high-energy team to achieve store goals. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards at all times.
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient service, high-quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing the store team, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. The Store Manager plays a key role in maintaining a high-energy work environment while driving the store’s performance and profitability.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
- Willing to undergo training and continuously learn about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience in using a POS system and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
