Job Responsibilities :
✨ Lead end-to-end process improvement and service excellence initiatives across departments.
✨Identify inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable process solutions.
✨Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance and quality.
✨Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
✨Establish and monitor KPIs to track process performance and improvement outcomes.
✨Partner with senior leadership to align improvement initiatives with business goals.
✨Lead and mentor a team of process improvement professionals.
✨Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress and success metrics to key stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
✨ Open for Undergraduates
✨7+ years of experience in process improvement, service excellence, or operational excellence (BPO or shared services experience a plus).
✨With experience managing Banking & Financial Services or Collections accounts is a plus
✨Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks (Green / Black Belt) is an advantage
✨Amenable to work on a Hybrid set up
✨Can start as soon as possible
