Customer Relations Officer

Responsible for creating, executing, and assessing customer relations initiatives for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers entering the Service and Showroom in a warm and friendly manner and make them feel welcome as we would a guest in our home

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct LGES Calls for After-Sales promptly

Perform regular monitoring of XM dashboard for After-Sales

Create and write monthly internal newsletter, covering Vehicle Sales, Service, and Customer Relations highlights of activities.

Serve as PIC for VOC sharing and announcement.

Perform Daily monitoring of HappyOrNot survey results

Promote QR LIMS and other relevant surveys to our customers

Perform Daily monitoring of Bar Consumption Supplies (LMI & Mitsukoshi)

Perform outbound calls and handle mail merges for special projects, events, and special occasion

Prepare ‘Thank you’ letters and being actively involved during new car releases

Prepare Summary Report of Surveys such as LGES Calls – After-Sales, LIMS, HappyOrNot

Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the automotive, or other hospitality industry

Proficient Computer skills (CRM, SAP, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Outlook)

Excellent customer service skills

Effective communication abilities with customers and colleagues

Candidate must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
