We are seeking a highly experienced Director in Business & Tax Advisory with deep expertise in Australian taxation and accounting. This role requires strong technical knowledge, advisory capability, and leadership to drive practice growth, manage complex engagements, and deliver innovative solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be recognized as a subject matter expert in the marketplace and will play a key role in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing a specific service line portfolio or technical area with accountability for client service delivery.
• Leading multiple and concurrent complex advisory and tax projects, collaborating with cross-functional specialists when needed.
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards, managing scope, and delivering timely, accurate, and high-value outcomes.
• Overseeing commercial and contractual aspects of engagements, including proposals, budgets, and fee management.
• Providing leadership in practice management areas such as People Development, Financial Management, or Market Strategy.
• Simplifying complex tax and business situations into actionable strategies and identifying key issues and priorities.
• Engaging and negotiating effectively with clients, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Driving pragmatic, innovative, and client-focused solutions that strengthen business performance and differentiate the practice.
