What you'll do :

As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will own and grow Continuous Creatives online presence primarily Instagram, with Facebook and LinkedIn support by driving daily community engagement, timely responses, and brand-right content / captions that generate qualified leads from architects, builders and interior designers.

Key responsibilities for this role includes :

• Community Management & Growth

Daily engagement : react to stories, like / comment, follow ~20 targeted accounts

each morning; warm new followers.

Draft on-brand captions that feel personal and specific.

Track follower growth, reach, outbound interactions, follow-backs and

high-value accounts.

next actions.

Identify and log warm leads from comments / DMs; escalate qualified

opportunities.

Tailor content for Facebook (not just IG cross-post); support basic targeted ads

setup / ops.

Framer website updates (copy, recent work, minor content tweaks)

Produce proposal documents within 24 hours using an existing template

(InDesign or Canva).

Light photo / editing for marketing posts.

24+ years in social media / community management for visual / creative brands.

(architecture / interiors).
