- Addressing client inquiries (online and phone)
- Coordination of viewing schedules
- Assistance in viewing
- Listing management (Website, Internal Tracking)
- Proper management & tracking of buyer / seller funds
- Matching of listings
- Engaging with clients and co-brokers during viewings
- Can communicate ideas well
- Results-driven and goal-oriented
- Have positive outlook
- Comfortable communicating with voice and chat
- Reporting to Makati and Quezon City
- Candidate must be a graduate of business or marketing-related degree
- Previous work experience handling documentation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Sales is an advantage
