Qualifications : Bachelor's degree
Extensive experience working on US healthcare accounts, including knowledge of US benefits
At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and Quality Assurance within healthcare, with a total professional experience of no less than 7 years
Preferred : Six Sigma methodologies and certifications
Knowledge of root cause analysis, Lean methodologies, corrective and preventive actions, and quality management concepts
Responsibilities :
Process Analysis & Optimization : Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Project Leadership : Lead process improvement projects, manage initiatives, and oversee successful implementation of changes
Methodology Utilization : Apply tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate process improvements
Performance Tracking : Develop metrics and reports to monitor process performance and assess the impact of improvements
