Qualifications : College Graduate

Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)

Has relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years

Total experience should not be less than 7 years

Preferred : Six Sigma methodologies / Certifications

Knowledge : Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts

Responsibilities :

Process Analysis & Improvement : Conducting current-state process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and developing solutions to streamline operations.

Project Leadership : Leading process improvement initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring successful implementation of process changes.

Methodology Application : Utilizing tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive improvements.

Performance Monitoring : Developing metrics and reporting to track process performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
