Requirements

Requirements A proactive analyst who asks the right questions to uncover meaningful, actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, analysis, and automation. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to challenge assumptions and interpret data contextually. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with US teams. Comfortable working independently, with clear and consistent communication. Experience in banking, fintech, collections is highly advantageous. Proven ability to leverage AI tools and automation (e.g., LLMs, AI agents) to enhance efficiency and quality.
