Job descriptionBachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in onboarding and benefits administration. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience using Sprout HRIS is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement the full new hire onboarding process, including preparation of employment checklists, system credential creation, and facilitation of onboarding sessions.
- Administer and address employee inquiries on company-provided and government-mandated benefits.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide timely resolution to employee concerns related to benefits and onboarding.
- Contribute to HR process improvements aimed at optimizing efficiency and enhancing employee experience.
