This is a remote position.
Job Highlights
Contract : Independent Contractor
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK with a 30-minute paid break
Responsibilities
- Provide viewing support for rental properties
- Process rental applications for properties
- Assist with tenant referencing to ensure suitability for properties
- Communicate with tenants and prospects via phone and email
- Create lease agreements and send them to relevant managers for review
- Perform general updates to CRM system
- Book compliance certificates including gas safety and inventory reports
- Collect viewing feedback from prospective tenants
- Attend daily morning meetings at 9 AM UK time with management team
